Refund requests

If you wish to request a refund, contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order details and reason. We will respond and, where applicable, arrange return and refund in line with this policy and the law.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Delivery costs may be non-refundable unless the product was faulty or not as described.
